Published Mar. 16, 2015 4:50 p.m. ET

Larry Scott, Kareem Brown, Eric Josephs and Jorge Baez were given promotions, while Josh Darrow, Evan Cooper and Jake Flaherty were added to the program.

Scott, who has coached the tight ends since 2013, will also be the run game coordinator in 2015. Brown takes over as the outside linebackers coach and will direct the team's nickel package after working as a graduate assistant with the defensive line. Following two seasons with the football operations department, Josephs will move into the role of director of player personnel, identifying, selecting and organizing prospective recruits. Baez, formerly the assistant director of player personnel, will serve as the coordinator of on-campus recruiting/offensive personnel. He will coordinate all unofficial visits, independent junior days and continue as the team's offensive player personnel director.

As for the three additions, Darrow will be the assistant director of football operations -- high school relations and community affairs. As the Miami radio sideline reporter for WQAM since 1999, Darrow has covered South Florida high school, college and professional sports for nearly 15 years.
