Massive dirt tornado wreaks havoc on college softball game

There's nothing quite like a day at the ballpark. There's the smell of the grass, the assorted concession foods to enjoy, the crack of the bat, and the giant, whirling dust devils that interrupt the game.

Such was the case during a softball game this weekend between Bridgewater College and Lynchburg (VA) College. In the top of the 2nd of a scoreless game, a massive vortex of spinning dirt touched down on the infield and quickly grew to a towering height:
Yet for the most part, the players stood there and took Mother Nature's interruption in stride. Check out how little the pitcher is affected by the inclement weather condition:
Props to that young woman. If we were in her situation, we'd be fleeing.
