Indians-Reds lineups and notes for Tuesday's Cactus League opener
GOODYEAR, Ariz. -- After a week of team drills, the Cactus League season for the Indians and Reds begins Tuesday at 3:05 p.m. at Goodyear Ballpark. The teams will play each other six times during spring training, including the first three games. Cincinnati is the home team today and Thursday.
The Tribe holds a 13-11-2 edge over the Reds in Cactus League play. The Indians moved to Goodyear for spring training in 2009 and the Reds followed a year later. Cleveland took three of the five games last year.
Tuesday's game is on SportsTime Ohio and will be on both network radio affiliates -- WLW-AM in Cincinnati and WTAM 1100AM in Cleveland.
