It’s draft time. We’ve had our experts tell you who will be drafted, but now it’s time for you to throw on your GM cap and vote which player should be drafted where. Each day we will present an argument for each player and why the respective team should pick them. Then, it’s up to you. You make the pick. The Philadelphia Eagles are on the clock. The Eagles have done just about everything to put themselves in position to not make a desperate decision on draft day. Head coach Chip Kelly has brought a different type of energy to Philadelphia and has been instrumental, alongside general manager Howie Roseman, in acquiring new types of personnel. Although they released Nnamdi Asomugha and let Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie walk in free agency, they bolstered the secondary by signing cornerbacks Cary Williams and Bradley Fletcher and safeties Kenny Phillips and Patrick Chung. Oh yeah, and don’t forget about the six-year deal they handed linebacker Connor Barwin. The Eagles struggled in a lot of different areas in 2012, but none was more abysmal than the play of the offensive line. Injuries plagued the unit from the beginning and it looks to still be an area that could be upgraded. Since Kelly was hired, many have speculated if he would bring principles from Oregon’s air-raid offense. It’s likely that he will, but who will pilot the unit? Michael Vick has restructured his deal. Nick Foles is still developing. And former Oregon quarterback Dennis Dixon and G.J. Kinne are both signed to two-year deals. They have depth. There’s no question. But is there a clear front-runner to win the job? Following the Raiders’ decision to select Star Lotulelei, the Eagles must make a decision. Oklahoma OT Lane Johnson
Johnson has been one of the fastest-rising prospects this year in the draft process. He had a solid week and the Senior Bowl then in February he had one of the best performances at the Combine. Johnson ran a 40-yard dash in 4.72 seconds, which rivals what Cal wide receiver Keenan Allen just ran at his pro day (4.71). Although straight-line speed isn’t necessary for the offensive tackle position, Kelly needs athletic offensive linemen in his system to be successful. Florida DT Sharrif Floyd
Floyd, who notably played his high school football in Philly, will screw up an offensive coordinator’s game plan in a hurry. He gets off the line quickly and has the strength to take on multiple blockers. The Eagles released defensive tackles Mike Patterson and Cullen Jenkins this offseason, but they still have a lot of upside at the position because they spent a first-round pick on Fletcher Cox in 2012. The Eagles are transitioning to the 3-4 defense, and Floyd’s athleticism could allow him to play the five technique. BYU DE/LB Ezekial Ansah
Even though Ansah doesn’t have a ton of football experience, his athleticism could make him one of the hottest prospects in this year’s draft. Ansah, who has drawn comparisons to 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith, could provide the Eagles with some help rushing the passer. West Virginia QB Geno Smith
Vick has proved to be unreliable and Foles doesn’t necessarily fit Kelly’s scheme. Although the Eagles have plenty of depth at the position, there isn’t anyone who is a long-term candidate. The Eagles could address another area of concern and scoop up a quarterback in the later rounds. Oregon DE Dion Jordan
Could a reunion be on the horizon? Kelly recruited Jordan to Eugene as a tight end, but the gifted athlete proved to have much more value on the other side of the ball. Jordan lined up in a variety of areas in Oregon's defense and his versatility could be what the Eagles need. The Eagles spent a first-round pick on Brandon Graham in 2010, but since then he has only started 12 games.
