Chris Polk tries to gift a ball to fan, but toss hits another woman

Sometimes, it doesn't pay to be nice.

Philadelphia Eagles running back Chris Polk pulled off a nifty run for a touchdown on Sunday against the Houston Texans. And when he reached the end zone, he thought he would do a favor for some Eagles fans sitting in the end zone seats, by tossing them the ball.

But there's a reason why Polk doesn't play quarterback:

His toss veered right instead, hitting and scaring the hell out of a woman trying to take a picture.
