On the eve of the New York Knicks' season opener, star forward Carmelo Anthony appeared on the FX biker drama "Sons of Anarchy" in a brief, bizarre cameo (SPOILER ALERT) in which he passed a knife to the character Moses who used it to cut of the fingers on Bobby Elvis' left hand.
In addition to the assist, Melo had one line ("We got a call"), which you can enjoy on repeat here:

According to Syracuse.com, Anthony, who's previously appeared in "Law and Order: SVU" and "Nurse Jackie," filmed the scene over the summer.
The Knicks and their TV henchman open the season against the Chicago Bulls at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night.
