Bowers, Parker back for sloppy practice

Returning to practice for the first time since Tuesday morning, the Clemson football team practiced for two and a half hours Thursday, welcoming back Kyle Parker and Da'Quan Bowers in the process.

Parker was excused from Monday night and Tuesday's sessions to negotiate his deal with the Colorado Rockies while Bowers had missed most of the last two weeks after the unexpected passing of his father.

While head coach Dabo Swinney was happy to have both players back, he wasn't pleased with the overall effort of his team, who started classes at Clemson Wednesday.
