Beef squashed? Richard Sherman gets props from Darrelle Revis

Remember when Richard Sherman and Darrelle Revis didn't seem to get along?
Sherman felt that he, not Revis, was the NFL's best cornerback and he wasn't shy about expressing that opinion to anyone who would listen. In fact, Sherman's belief quickly turned into a Twitter war last offseason, following a year when Sherman excelled and Revis was laid up with an injury. Let me refresh your memory:
@rpchudgar @revis24 he didn't play this year so when he does then he will be in it

That's like you saying your better then Deion Sanders & since he's not playing no more he's irrelevant for what he's done. @rsherman_25

Hey everyone @rsherman_25 wants to be a lockdown corner. He wants to be in the talks of a lockdown corner. So follow him so he can become 1!

You get the idea. Sherman took it a step further, heading out to Bourbon Street in the week leading up to Super Bowl XLVII, interviewing fans on the street and asking who the best cornerback in the game was in a hilarious video segment.
Well, all the drama seems to have fallen by the wayside. After Sherman and his Seahawks demolished the Broncos in Super Bowl XLVIII on Sunday, one of the people Sherman heard from was Revis. And it appears that the two have patched up whatever beef they had:
@RSherman_25 congrats homie you played great. I hope you straight with the injury.

@JoeyD_11 nope I'm actually happy for him.

Isn't that nice? It's good to see that both of these great competitors have moved on. Kudos!
