ASU football adds Likens to staff as wide receivers coach

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Rob Likens, offensive coordinator at Kansas for the past two seasons, has joined Todd Graham's staff at Arizona State as wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator.

Likens replaces Jay Norvell, who was hired as head coach at Nevada on Dec. 9.

Likens has also served on the coaching staffs at California, Louisiana Tech, Central Connecticut State, Southeast Missouri State, Temple and North Alabama -- all on the offensive side. He was assistant head coach at California for two years before becoming Kansas' offensive coordinator.

Likens played collegiate football as a wide receiver at Mississippi State. He has bachelor's and master's degrees in math education.
