Aaron Rodgers surprises young fan, helps raise cancer awareness

Aaron Rodgers doesn't waste time off the field.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback, along with Milwaukee attorney David Gruber, released a video on itsAaron.com of him surprising a young fan named Annie. You see, Annie lost her brother to pediatric cancer and is on a mission to raise awareness for the disease.

On this day, she though she was doing a TV interview, but in reality she was being surprised with a visit from Rodgers. The two then set off throughout Annie's neighborhood, going door to door to spread the word.

It's heartwarming, to say the very least. Enjoy:
