Take a peek into new Blues forward Kyle Brodziak's former home
After signing a one-year, $900,000 contract with the St. Louis Blues, former Wild forward Kyle Brodziak is selling his Edina, Minn. home for just over $1 million, and photos of the Brodziak pad have hit the Internet for any real estate or interior design junkie to check out.
Brodziak's Minnesota home is a five-bedroom, three-bath house spread out over 4,381 square feet. Although the front view of the house makes it seem pretty average, the inside is anything but, as there is a walk-out basement with a media room large enough to fit a mini indoor hockey rink.
There are also wall-to-wall windows at the back of the house which look out over a spacious backyard and an open floor plan which unites the kitchen, living room and dinning room.
What do you think of the house? Chances are, the home's first impressions will probably come off better to buyers than the move to St. Louis did to Brodziak, who said he used to hate the Blues.
"To be honest, (the Blues were) probably my most hated team to play against just because they’re a very difficult team to play against," Brodziak told St. Louis Post-Dispatch writer Jeremy Rutherford in July.
