Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford is never one to get too high or too low after a performance, even after making what could be the save of the year.

With Crawford's team moments into overtime on Wednesday, Edmonton Oilers forwards Leon Draisaitl and Taylor Hall raced in on a 2-on-1 rush against Chicago defenseman Duncan Keith. Draisaitl fed Hall for a prime scoring chance, only to have Crawford deny the former top overall pick with a nifty glove save.

"(Draisaitl) came up and he had a good chance to shoot and I just had to challenge him," Crawford told reporters. "He fed it across pretty quick and I didn't really have time to slide over, so I was reaching out and trying to read where he was going."

Crawford made the best of his 34 saves on Hall and veteran Marian Hossa ended the contest shortly thereafter to give the Blackhawks a 4-3 victory.
