Steph Curry clears the air on whether he's practiced at Drake's house
Back in January, rap superstar and Toronto Raptors global ambassador Drake released a single, "Summer Sixteen," with a couple lyrics referencing Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors (via Genius):
”And I blame all my day ones,
“You know Chubbs like Draymond,
“You better off not saying nothing”
”Golden State running practice at my house”
The shout-out wasn't necessarily a surprise, as Drake and Stephen Curry have a friendship dating back a couple years, with Drizzy shouting out Curry on his 2014 single "0 to 100/The Catch Up" and the two sharing a late-night bite at In-N-Out a few months ago.
On Sunday, TSN published an interview with Curry explaining the song's lyrics, and clearing up whether the soon-to-be two-time MVP has actually ever played at the 6 God's crib:
The biggest takeaway: Indeed, Draymond Green has made it this season. Drake's stamp of approval is merely the icing on the cake.
