Rapper Lil B takes credit for James Harden's terrible game, lifts curse
By Larry Brown
James Harden had one of his worst games of the season in a Game 5 season-ending loss to the Golden State Warriors Wednesday, and one man is taking credit for the MVP runner-up's poor performance.
Rapper Lil B was in attendance for Game 5 to watch his beloved Dubs and continued talking about how he cursed Harden. In case you missed our last story on it (read it all here), Lil B claims he invented the cooking dance that Harden has been using throughout the season as his celebration. All Lil B wanted was Harden to acknowledge getting it from him, but once that never came, the rapper just blew up Twitter with negative juju aimed at the Rockets star.
After Harden clanked his way to a 2-for-11 shooting performance with a dismal 13 turnovers Wednesday, Lil B tweeted about lifting the curse from the Rockets guard.
"I'm sorry James harden all you had to do was explain you were doing the Lil B cooking dance," Lil B tweeted. "I'm going to ask 'The BasedGod' to lift the curse off James harden i think he gets it, world record for turnovers ? Leave him alone."
"This just goes warning for everyone who steals Lil B swag you won't win in the end you may win one game but in the end real prevails," he said.
Ouch, that's rough. Now the Cavs just have to hope that they avoid upsetting Lil B; you don't want him on your case.
