Jerian Grant had himself one heck of a night Thursday.
First, he was drafted in the first round by the Knicks. That's not a bad way to start. Actually, if that were the only thing that happened to him, he could call the evening a pretty great success. But it didn't end there. He also ended up hanging out with rapper 50 Cent.
