Draymond Green responds to being called a dirty player

Draymond Green was involved in another kicking incident in Thursday's loss to the Rockets, and whether these types of plays are intentional or not, Green has developed a reputation among non-Warriors fans as one of the league's dirtiest players.

Green was a little testy at the postgame podium when asked about the play, but a day later, he seems to be embracing his role as one of the league's villains.

Those, of course, are the Detroit Pistons of the late '80s and early '90s, who embraced their Bad Boys nickname and persona by playing with an edge that included plenty of hard fouls and actual thrown punches.

For their part, the Pistons responded on the team's official Twitter account:

Well played, Detroit.

Warriors fans won't mind this at all, but unless Green can manage to stop kicking people on the court, this is only going to make everyone else around the league believe he's doing it on purpose -- even if he's not.
