Craig Sager, Gregg Popovich relationship immortalized with pin benefiting cancer research

Everyone who has dared to raise a microphone to San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich for a mid-game interview has learned about his great disdain for those interactions.

But Pop has a soft spot for TNT's colorful reporter Craig Sager, who most basketball fans have heard is battling a rare form of cancer once again and has vowed "I will win this fight."
