Mike Napoli made one fan's day Monday, and did so much more in the process.
Prior to the Cleveland Indians' game against the Texas Rangers, the first baseman noticed a woman holding a special sign and walked over to meet her. The woman, identified by MLB.com as Kathi Heintzelman, simply wanted a homer and a hug from Napoli before she had to start her battle with cancer.
First came the hug (and the autograph).

And then, during the game, Napoli clubbed his 11th homer of the season.

Amazing job by Napoli. And best of luck to Kathi.
