Watch Dustin Johnson crush a 372-yard drive at the Players Championship

Dustin Johnson is No. 4 on tour in driving distance, averaging 308.6 yards per drive. That number is sure to climb after the bomb he hit during the first round of the Players Championship on Thursday.
At the 583-yard par-5 ninth hole, Johnson obliterated a 372-yard drive and nearly put it in the brook that runs through the fairway. Fortunately, it stayed just short.
Dustin Johnson hit this tee shot 372 yards.

The drive was the longest of the day at No. 9, and by 28 yards over Fabian Gomez, who was second. Johnson couldn't capitalize on the great tee shot, though, despite only having 217 yards to the green. He made par, but it was a missed opportunity to say the least.
In 22 rounds at the Players Championship, Johnson has only broken 70 once. He's currently 4-under after nine, so he has a chance of going fairly low.
