Placekicker Cole Netten was one of Iowa State's bright spots in a dismal 2014 season, and now he's putting smiles on Cyclone fans' faces in a different way.

Playing off his nickname "Swoll" (another word for being muscular), Netten makes a step-by-step video that breaks down how to get "swoll" like Cole.

What results is a hilarious parody of the "dumb/meathead jock" stereotype that is bound to make you giggle.
