UCF player accidentally takes safety on kickoff return

UCF managed the feat against UConn, as receiver/kick returner Hayden Jones fielded the ball about 2 yards into the end zone, accelerated past the goal line ... and changed his mind, taking a step back into the end zone and kneeling to the ground.
The officials weren't certain of what they saw at first, but they ultimately got the call correct, crediting UConn with a safety.
