A trio of Penn State players were picked in the 2015 NFL draft, including one who will not have to travel far to continue his football career.
Tight end Jesse James heard his name called in the fifth round by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The South Allegheny High School product grew up less than an hour from Heinz Field.
Offensive tackle Donovan Smith was the first Penn State player picked, going to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second round with the No. 34 overall pick.

Safety Adrian Amos is headed to Chicago after the Bears picked him up in the fifth round with a pick acquired by the New York Jets.
