Miguel Maysonet carried 27 times for 198 yards, including the winning touchdown, as Stony Brook overcame three costly turnovers to defeat Colgate 32-31 Saturday night.

Maysonet rushed nine times for 53 yards on the winning drive by Stony Brook (3-1), which went 75 yards in 12 plays to regain the lead with 3:31 remaining.

The Seawolves, who lost 28-17 to Syracuse last week after leading at halftime, raced to a 17-0 lead against the Raiders (1-3) and led 17-7 before the turnovers bit them.

A second-quarter fumble by Maysonet led to Gavin McCarney's 51-yard touchdown pass to Ed Pavalko on Colgate's next play.
