Report: Louisville offers seventh-grade quarterback

It’s never too early to pursue a quarterback, at least not at Louisville, where the Cardinals have reportedly offered seventh-grade signal-caller Tee Webb.

Webb, a 6-3 QB from Carrollton, Georgia, tweeted that he had received his first Div. I scholarship offer from Louisville on Thursday.
