Ohio State's defense had two pick-sixes in less than three minutes

The Buckeyes were the latest Top 25 team seemingly snoozing through a subpar first half Saturday, until their defense struck twice before halftime.
With fourth-ranked Ohio State leading Tulsa 6-3 with just over three minutes remaining in the second quarter, Golden Hurricanes QB Dane Evans threw a dangerous pass from inside his own 15-yard line. And the Buckeyes' Malik Hooker stepped in front of it for a pick-six.
Just a little more than two minutes later – from almost the identical spot on the field, in heavy rain – Evans threw another ill-advised throw that was picked off by Marshon Lattimore. For another pick-six.
Suddenly, a 6-3 game became a 20-3 as the teams headed to halftime, when lightning caused an extended delay. But by that time, lightning had already struck twice for Ohio State.
