Notre Dame's KeiVarae Russell pulls off incredible box jump

Notre Dame's KeiVarae Russell didn't have the weights in his hands that Baylor's Shawn Oakman did, but the defensive back shows plenty of hops with this box jump that he posted on his Instagram account.

Russell missed the 2014 season due to a suspension.

Prior to that, he started all 26 games as a freshman and a sophomore and was a preseason All-American candidate as a junior. The 5-foot-11, 190-pound defensive back, who is now a senior, has 109 career tackles and three interceptions.
