Nick Saban was livid after Alabama's 38–10 win over Western Kentucky

Published Jun. 30, 2017 6:28 p.m. ET

Alabama beat Western Kentucky rather handily on Saturday, by a score of 38–10, but coach Nick Saban was furious.

“I don’t know I’ve ever been this disappointed after winning a game, maybe ever,” he told reporters after the game.

Well, that showed on the field.

In the closing minute of the game, Saban was caught yelling at offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin, whose offense fumbled away the ball late and allowed Western Kentucky to score.

After the game, Saban wouldn’t call the altercation an argument. In fact, he classified it as a one-way conversation, calling it “an ass chewing.”

Next up for the 2–0 Crimson Tide is a trip to Ole Miss. Kiffin might want to stay on his toes for that one.
