Keyshawn Johnson is haunted by the USC Trojans' struggles

Published Nov. 15, 2016 3:34 p.m. ET

Keyshawn Johnson has seen USC's 1-3 start, and it is bringing back memories of an era he'd rather forget.

The former Trojan star wideout took to Twitter after USC's 31-27 loss to Utah on Friday night on FS1.

He wasn't happy, to say the least, referencing the Paul Hackett era from 1998-2000 when the Trojans went 19-18, including 10-14 in conference play.

All the football news was not bad for Johnson and family on Friday.

His son, Keyshawn Jr., plays for Calabasas High School.

While the Trojans were falling, the Coyotes continued to roll, pasting El Camino Real, 42-7, to up their record to 5-0.

Keyshawn Jr., who caught a touchdown pass in the rout, won't be able to help USC, it seems. He's already committed to Nebraska.
