FSU football took its seventh straight win over the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday. As customary, Miami fans had another meltdown and blamed their coach.

It’s like a cycle for Miami Hurricane fans. They like to say things like “Da U Back” every single year. When they get a new coach he’s always the new savior.

FSU fans had to hear it with Randy Shannon, Al Golden and had to hear it all off-season with Mark Richt.

The cycle goes into meltdown mode blaming the coach for every loss the Hurricanes endure to the more talented FSU football team.

While it was true that Mark Richt is probably a step up from Al Golden, Miami fans fail to realize they have a lot of young and/or mediocre players at key spots due to poor recruiting.

Richt can’t fix that in less than a year. However, Miami fans went in on him after the loss on Saturday night via a Hurricane’s message board:

Just a goddam disheartening fcking way to go out. That FSU team is trash and in total disarray. They’ve been getting destroyed every fcking week.

They were without their best player (Jones). During the game, they lost their best and only competent LB, they were playing freshmen at CB, they lost a starting Safety.

They were getting destroyed all year giving up a whopping 9.4 yards per pass attempt, and they shut us the fck down. They had fcking Erma Lame out there running the wrong way playing Safety, and we couldn’t find a way to take advantage of that shyt.

They had a freshman QB outduel our 3rd year starter. Their HC continues to toy with us every fcking year. Goddamit, I’m sick to my stomach. How the fck do you find a way to lose to that FSU abortion this year? If you were ever going to beat them this was your shot.

No reason whatsoever to lose that game. None.

And yet, we did.

Inexcusable, period.

Nobody gets a pass. Not one person associated with Miami football.

Get Richt out my face.

Dude threw away the most winnable game against this team. He’s just not good at these big games

What? That was the second real game Miami had played all year son? Oh wait, it gets worse for them.

It went on and on and on from Miami fans. But, we thought Mark Richt was your savior though? Hahahaha

Now we get to wait an entire just to take a shot at avoiding 8 in a row.

FML.

And the blocked PAT hurts obviously, that’s tough. But I’m exceedingly more pissed off that we were anywhere near having to pull off a last minute stunt to beat these clowns. Just a sorry ass showing, and worse, yet another to tack on the long line of bad showings in this rivalry of late.

Defense did enough. They get a pass IMO.
Ritch does not.

Richt’s play calling is horrid. We don’t threaten the middle of the field at all, Coley all over

Richt is a basic coach.. better than folden but we will not win big ones.. His play calling was inept

We not back ..

Nope, you sure are not . However, it didn’t stop there with them blaming Richt.

It’s so bad that one fan said they should have hired former Miami head coach Butch Davis!

Told yall butch

Somehow we could not find a way to exploit Lane at safety….I’m not sure how our walking mismatch of a TE did not get used down the middle of the field.

How can we exploit their weak pass defense when we’re calling the same off-tackle run play 30 times in a row? And getting stuffed 29 times I might add.

I feel you man. This shyt hurts. Fck a nole, and whoever celebrates one. Them cuckold motherfuckers got me steaming right now. So fortunate they where, and To know we are the better team. I can’t believe this shyt right now. Mark richt better fcking adjust… I don’t know what can cure this loss for me this season … Fck everything … How many yards did we get on offense again on them sorry ass nikkas ?? This is bs ..

All i ask is they stop running out of a ****ing shotgun formation ffs

This is basically it. Richt just needs to figure out that it is perfectly fine passing the ball the majority of a series, without having to run on 1st down.
It was dissapointing he never got the TEs involved in the game. If we would have done short passes to the Te’s we wouldn’t have had to run it and get stuffed so often.

But also, I can’t believe so many of you guys thought that their D was just going to play poorly today. They have good players and its a damn rivalry game.

What? A Miami fans with some common sense? You don’t say?

Thoughts

Please excuse their language, but that’s to be expected from Miami fans. I mean they threw trash on the field and beer cans at FSU players on the sidelines during the game for goodness sake.

That is an awful fanbase no question.

However, I do agree that Mark Richt got predictable with calling their plays. The FSU defense played more man coverage Saturday because Brad Kaaya was no threat to run whatsoever.

This allowed the defense to just play without having to worry about too much assignment football in regards to playing a specific area in zone which has caused confusion earlier in the season.

FSU football fans congratulated UNC fans last week on the last second win as they walked out of the stadium. Miami fans throw trash at players and ask that players that never get to play go in the game to “take out somebody by hitting them in the knees” type stuff.

Yes, that was said on this forum too among a ton of other trash.

All in all, the Miami fan base continues to be a shining example of what not to do.

Huge win for the FSU football team. Dalvin Cook, Marquez White, DeMarcus Walker and Nate Andrews all leave FSU without ever losing to Miami.
