Eric Rowe signs with the Philadelphia Eagles

Eric Rowe was a main target from the beginning for the Philadelphia Eagles.

But now it's official.

The team announced that Rowe, the 47th overall pick in the second round, has agreed to terms.

It's a dream come true for Rowe, the former Utes defensive back. He told the Deseret News that after a pre-draft visit with the Eagles, he wanted to play there badly.

"I was like, man this program's different. The culture's different; the way they do things. When I left, I just wanted to be a part of it so bad."

And now he is.
