Did Jim Harbaugh accuse Michigan State football of negative recruiting?

Michigan State football coach Mark Dantonio may have been accused of negative recruiting by Jim Harbaugh.
“Lies made up by our enemies.” — Jim Harbaugh about Michigan State football and others, presumably, who ‘made up’ rumors about the head coach leaving for the NFL.

Has Harbaugh completely lost it? OK, we knew he was never completely sane, but the Michigan head coach is looking more ridiculous by the day. He’s one of the best coaches in the nation and a hot commodity in the NFL markets, but he makes himself look more insane by the day the way he carries himself.
Harbaugh to the Rams rumors were heating up the other day when they fired Jeff Fisher and it had already been speculated by some media members that Los Angeles could be his next home.
How did good ol’ Jimmy Harbaugh respond to those rumors? Well, he said that bringing up those kind of rumors before the Orange Bowl is “disrespectful to the game” and he had this ridiculous statement:
Really, Jim? No one needs to negatively recruit you because a) you’re one of the top recruiters out there and b) your actions do some of the negative recruiting anyways. No one is going to sway a kid away from Michigan with NFL rumors just because they’ll always be popping up, no matter what.
It’s unclear whether he was joking when he called the “top three” which are presumably Michigan State, Ohio State and maybe Penn State or Alabama, jive turkeys, but Harbaugh has officially gone of the rocker, if he hadn’t already.
