Dominick Pierre ran for the winning touchdown and helped set up a field goal that put the game out of reach, giving Dartmouth a 24-20 win Saturday over Brown in an Ivy League Conference matchup.

Pierre's 2-yard TD run in the third quarter gave Dartmouth a 21-17 lead, but the Bears' Alexander Norocea responded with a 31-yard field goal. Runs by Pierre on Dartmouth's ensuing drive helped take the ball to Brown's 6-yard line and Alex Gakenheimer kicked a 21-yard field goal to seal the game.

Brown (5-4, 2-4) had a chance to win, but its final drive sputtered and died on the Big Green's 30-yard line.

Dartmouth (5-4, 4-2) led 14-7 at the half on a 9-yard pass from Dalyn Williams to Robbie Anthony and a 70-yard run by Kyle Bramble.
