Buffalo Bills rooke C.J. Spiller says his agent Gary Wichard isn't worried about having his name connected with NCAA investigations into player contact with agents.

Spiller spoke Saturday before Clemson's game with Maryland. Spiller is having his No. 28 jersey retired during halftime.

Wichard's longtime friendship with former Tar Heels assistant coach John Blake has been a key part of the investigation, including loans from Wichard that Blake's attorneys have described as one friend helping another during financial difficulties.

Wichard recently spoke with investigators with the North Carolina Secretary of State's office as part of their probe into whether the state's sports agent laws were broken.
