Villanova five-star recruit slams over defender
This should make Villanova fans happy.
Omari Spellman, a consensus five-star prospect, is Villanova's top recruit joining the program next season.
Spellman plays for the St. Thomas More School, a prep powerhouse in Oakdale, Connecticut. The Chancellors are participating in the National Prep School Invitational this week in Rhode Island. In the team's first game, Spellman threw down over an Orangeville Prep (Canada) defender.

He also caught an alley-oop dunk in the same half.

The 6-foot-9 Spellman will play a big role for Villanova next season, as the program graduates Daniel Ochefu.
Several weeks ago, Spellman was selected to play in the Jordan Brand Classic at the Barclays Center in April.
