Hart with 27 points, leads Marist over Dartmouth 73-63

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) Khallid Hart scored 27 points to lead Marist to a 73-63 victory over Dartmouth on Tuesday night.

Hart was 3 of 5 from beyond the arc and made 14 of 16 free throw attempts, and had eight rebounds. Isaiah Lamb scored 15 points, and Phillip Lawrence-Ricks and K.J. Lee contributed nine apiece for Marist (1-1).

Dartmouth (0-2) led until midway of the first half when Marist had a 15-2 run to lead 33-24 at the break. Evan Boudreaux, who finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds for the Big Green, nailed a 3-point jumper to close to 42-40 with 13:47 remaining. The Red Foxes answered with a 15-7 run to go ahead 57-47 with 7:40 left. Dartmouth closed to 64-59 with four minutes remaining but Hart made six free throws and Lee had a layup to go ahead 72-59.
