HIGH POINT, N.C. (AP) Elijah Wilson scored 21 points and Coastal Carolina pushed back High Point's second-half rally for a 71-68 victory on Saturday night.

The Chanticleers (10-8, 4-4 Big South), who never trailed, stretched an eight-point halftime lead to 54-42 with 10 minutes remaining.

High Point (12-6, 5-2) used a 24-15 run to pull to 69-66 with 15 seconds left. John Brown scored nine of his 18 points, and Anthony Lindauer made a 3-pointer to cap the Panthers' surge. Shivaughn Wiggins added two free throws to stretch the Chanticleers' lead to 71-68 with 12.4 seconds remaining.
