Signs with Brentford Konak has agreed upon terms for a transfer to Brentford from Turkish league side Sivasspor, his new club announced Thursday. Impact Konak is taking his talents to the Premier League to join the Brentford Bees despite being a highly sought-after prospect all across Europe. The 18-year-old will be with the club for a long time as well, inking a six-year contract with an option for an additional year in 2030. It is hard to tell at the moment where the midfielder will find himself with the club, as he may start earning time with the first team in his first season with the club or may be sent to the youth ranks to continue his development for another season. Either way, the player looks to be a major part of the Bees moving forward, as he is one of their first big signings into the advancement of the club moving forward towards the future.
