Ends season injured Mello (lower leg) has been ruled out for the last six months of the season and was only able to make three appearances with Charlotte this season.

Impact It was a frustrating season for Mello, who made his last appearance on the pitch in April. He is still under contract for another year with Charlotte, as his long term future with the club remains to be be determined.
