Impact Ruiz has scored two goals and kept 12 clean sheets across 55 La Liga appearances (46 starts) since joining Betis from Besiktas in Summer 2020, and he helped his team win the Copa del Rey last season. But the 34-year-old slipped behind Luiz Felipe, German Pezzella and Edgar Gonzalez in the center-back depth chart in this campaign and hasn't featured at all since March due to a muscular injury. He will be moving on from the club this summer.
