Heading back to England Pembele will return to parent club Sunderland following the conclusion of his loan spell at Le Havre.

Impact Pembele made 14 Ligue 1 appearances across 373 minutes for Le Havre this season, contributing 11 tackles and three clearances in a rotational role. Pembele had previously made 20 top-flight appearances including 12 starts and one goal across 1,109 minutes in his first season at the club in 2023/24, and now heads back to Sunderland where his future will be assessed heading into the 2026/27 Premier League season.

Impact Pembele finally cleared a major injury mid-season and was even able to grab some playing time in the coming months which is great news for his outlook for the new season as the youngster should have a full Summer preseason regardless if he stays at PSG or is loaned out somewhere yet again.
