Fires in four shots
Ibrahim recorded four shots (zero on goal) in Saturday's 2-0 defeat versus Charlotte FC.
Impact
Ibrahim finally earned an appearance Saturday, marking his first minute of play since Aug. 24. He started and played 61 minutes, notching four shots in his time on the field. He will hope to see time again next match, although it appears the forward is more likely to be kept on the bench.

Three chances created as reserve
Ibrahim created three chances across 45 minutes during CF Montreal's 1-1 draw Saturday against Vancouver.
Impact
Late-June began a rough patch for Ibrahim, who was demoted to reserve duty Saturday after an unfortunate run. However, he did not let the demotion affect his latest output, which included a season high in chances created. Ideally for Ibrahim, his latest appearance is the beginning of a run that can get him back into CF Montreal's starting XI.

Strikes net in Red Bulls draw
Ibrahim scored one goal to go with one shot (on goal) in Wednesday's 2-2 draw versus the New York Red Bulls.
Impact
Ibrahim scored the game's opening goal Wednesday. Overall it was a disappointing performance from Montreal's key striker, he scored from the only effort he managed on goal and was subbed after 61 minutes. Prior to this game he has been in sensational form, chalking up four goals from Montreal's last four matches.

Impact
Ibrahim broke the deadlock for Montreal only 50 seconds into the first half, as he took advantage of a pass from Dominik Yankov to beat Oliver Semmle with a shot from outside the box. Injury beneficiary Wednesday
Ibrahim scored two goals with five shots (two on goal) across 71 minutes during CF Montreal's 4-2 win Wednesday against D.C. United.
Impact
Jules-Anthony Vilsaint suffered an undisclosed injury 19 minutes into CF Montreal's game Wednesday. He was replaced by Ibrahim, who used created chances from Ruan and Ariel Lassiter to double his 2024 goals from two to four. The super-sub has increased his potential to be Montreal's primary striker during June, especially if Vilsaint remains out.

Scores during start
Ibrahim scored one goal on three shots (two on goal) during Montreal CF's 5-1 loss Saturday at Toronto.
Impact
After more than two months, Ibrahim has finally scored a goal again for CF Montreal. Having already scored twice across 2024, he is only one short of equaling his goal tally from Montreal's 2023 season. With the team's forward depth currently depleted because of injuries, Ibrahim has at least a decent chance to score again in the coming games.

Signs extension
Ibrahim signed a contract extension through 2026 with an option for the 2027 season, the club announced on Friday.
Impact
Ibrahim will be spending at least another three years in Canada, signing a contract extension after spending the last couple of seasons in Montreal. The 21-year-old is still very young and has a lot of room to improve, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see him get more playing time next year after appearing 25 times this campaign, with only 11 of those being in the starting XI. Although, he was decent when on the pitch, generating three goals on 33 shots and three assists on 20 chances created.

Strong finish with goal
Ibrahim scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Saturday's 2-1 loss against Columbus Crew.
Impact
The 2023 MLS season was a mixed bag for Ibrahim, who went from being a regular starter to backup and vice versa multiple times. He lost his starting role in July but seemingly regained it during October. Ibrahim did not disappoint, finishing the month with two goals and one assist. The forward logged three goals and three assists during 2023. Ideally for Ibrahim, his latest output will help him log a bigger overall role across 2024.

Scores, assists versus Portland
Ibrahim scored a goal off three shots (one on target), made an assist and drew four fouls during Saturday's 4-1 win over Portland.
Impact
Ibrahim made his first start since July and made most of the new opportunity. Just before the half-hour mark, the forward was at the right place to slot home a pass from Kwadwo Opoku and open the scoring for Montreal. Just seven minutes later, he retributed the favor and passed the ball for his teammate to make it 2-0 with a long-range shot. Ibrahim will hope this performance helps him remaining in the lineup for Oct. 21 decisive clash at Columbus.

Scores, assists off bench in draw
Ibrahim scored one goal and assisted once from four shots and two chances created in Wednesday's 2-2 draw versus D.C. United.
Impact
Sunusi pulled one back for Montreal in the 80th minute with a close-range header following a cross from Ariel Lassiter, and he set up the equalizer less than two minutes later with a perfect cross that was tapped home by the former Inter Miami winger. These were the first goal contributions from the young striker, however, so he shouldn't have a lot of fantasy upside going forward.

Takes four shots against Miami
Ibrahim took four shots and won one of two tackles in Saturday's 1-0 victory against Inter Miami.
Impact
Ibrahim made his first league start since mid-March on Saturday, and he was active alongside Chinonso Offor up front. He could get become a more regular presence in the XI as Romell Quioto (thigh) is out for a few months due to injury.

Takes shot in opening day loss
Ibrahim took a shot on target and created a chance in Saturday's 2-0 defeat against Inter Miami.
Impact
Ibrahim lined up alongside Romell Quioto in Montreal's first XI of the season, but Mason Toye and Chinonso Offor will likely continue challenging him for that starting spot up front. Ibrahim spent large chunks of the 2022 campaign injured and didn't score in any of his six MLS appearances.

ROTOWIRE
Used sparingly by Montreal
Ibrahim made six MLS appearances (three starts) this season for CF Montreal.
Impact
Ibrahim endured a frustrating individual campaign in 2022 and hardly featured for Montreal outside of three consecutive league starts in April. The 20-year-old will hope to continue getting opportunities to play in the front two next season as he competes with Mason Toye and Kei Kamara for the starting spot alongside Romell Quioto.

Starting against Red Bulls
Ibrahim (illness) is in the starting XI for Saturday's match against the Red Bulls.
Impact
Ibrahim makes his first start (and appearance) of the season Saturday after dealing with an illness (and maybe an injury) over the first month. The forward scored four goals in 26 appearances last season, but it's hard to see him going a full 90 in his first match of the new campaign.

Impact
Ibrahim had a great offensive outing Saturday as he found the back of the net for his fourth goal of the season. He will look to keep his spot in the starting XI Saturday versus New York Red Bulls.
