Out with minor strain Dann wasn't in the squad for Wednesday's match against Arsenal because of a minor strain, manager Roy Hodgson revealed after the match.

Impact Dann started one of the prior three matches in which he was available, but his absence Wednesday forced James Tomkins into the side because Cheikhou Kouyate was moved to the midfield. On a short week, Dann appears to be done for the season. He closes with one goal and two clean sheets from 15 starts, almost the same as the prior campaign.
