Keeps clean sheet in win
Dias kept a clean sheet while making one interception during Wednesday's 5-0 win over Copenhagen.
Impact
Dias has started in just two of the last four matches but kept clean sheets and completed over 200 passes combined. The need to rotate the back line and keep everyone healthy is sure to see more of Dias on the bench but when in the lineup he's already kept five clean sheets in eight starts between the league and UCL.

Helps maintain clean sheet
Dias logged two interceptions and two clearances during a 4-0 win against AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.
Impact
Dias was Manchester City's only player to log multiple interceptions and clearances. Both helped the team have two clean sheets across that many games it has played during August.

Keeps clean sheet in win
Dias kept a clean sheet with five clearances made during Sunday's 2-0 win over West Ham.
Impact
Dias helped to shut down a home side with plenty of good attacking options by dominating possession with the fourth-most completed passes on his team. The past two seasons have seen Dias keep 27 total clean sheets in the EPL and reaching double-digit shutouts should be the expectation this year.

Out rest of season
Dias will miss the rest of the season after suffering a new hamstring injury in Sunday's win against Newcastle, according to manager Pep Guaridola.
Impact
It's a tough injury for Dias, who has only been back for a few weeks from his prior hamstring injury, which Guardiola noted was a different location. It's likely Nathan Ake will move to center-back, though Fernandinho came on for Dias on Sunday. Dias closes the season with a couple hamstring injuries, finishing with two goals, four assists and 12 clean sheets from 29 league appearances (27 starts), as well as eight more appearances in Champions League.

Impact
Dias' day was cut short due to injury on Sunday, and he will be questionable for Wednesday's clash against Wolves. Fernandinho replaced him in central defense against Newcastle, but Nathan Ake and John Stones (strain) if fit are also options.

Fourth assist of season
Dias had an assist with his lone chance created while blocking a shot, making two interceptions and five clearances during Saturday's 4-0 win over Leeds.

Allows three in win over Real
Dias had one chance created, two interceptions and two clearances in Tuesday's 4-3 win over Real Madrid.
Impact
Dias was quiet statistically here and the three goals allowed will likely bring negative production for his fantasy owners in most formats. He'll have a good chance to redeem himself over the weekend in a date with lowly Leeds but will surely have more trouble next week in the second leg against Karim Benzema and the rest of Los Blancos.

Plays second half in win
Dias subbed into Wednesday's match against Brighton at halftime, and he made a clearance in the 3-0 victory.
Impact
Dias made his first appearance since February on Wednesday after recovering from a hamstring injury. Nathan Ake (ankle) and John Stones (strain) both went down with knocks in this game, so Dias will hope that those injuries aren't serious as he doesn't seem quite at 100% himself just yet.

Impact
This was expected to be the case for Dias, who was never going to be pushed into the starting XI after minimal training. He's had about a week of training at this point, but there's a chance he gets minutes off the bench before returning to the starting XI.

Traveling to Madrid
Dias (hamstring) is in the traveling squad for Wednesday's match against Atletico Madrid, according to manager Pep Guardiola. "From the beginning tomorrow? No. He did one training...
Impact
Dias has had only one training session so he won't be starting Wednesday, but it's a good sign for his future status. It's still hard to see him starting the FA Cup with less than a week under his belt from a hamstring injury, but it appears to at least be a possibility for another big game against Liverpool.

Pictured on pitch
Dias (hamstring) was pictured Monday training alone on the pitch.
Impact
Dias "returns" according to Man City's tweet, but he likely needs a week of training before he's an option again. You can't immediately return from a hamstring injury, which will be the case for Dias. He'll be a late test for this weekend's Cup match but has a better chance of returning next week.

Impact
Based on his timeline, Dias should be expected not only to miss the next two EPL contests but also both legs of the team's Champions League clashes with Atletico Madrid. In the meantime, John Stones (undisclosed) and Aymeric Laporte figure to hold down the central defensive roles.

Impact
Dias could return to training in the next two weeks, but it's hard to see him playing immediately following the break. If anything, he may get minutes off the bench before being given a start. Despite Man City having a busy schedule, it's never a good idea to return too soon from a hamstring injury.

Out at least a month
Dias will miss four-to-six weeks after suffering a hamstring injury in Tuesday's FA Cup match, according to manager Pep Guardiola.
Impact
This is a tough injury for Dias and the Man City back line, as he's been a rock this season, starting 29 matches across league and UCL play. In his place, Guardiola will likely use a mix of Ayermic Laporte, John Stones and Nathan Ake, somewhat of a downgrade from the consistency of Dias.

Picks up leg issue
Dias was forced off at the break of Tuesday's FA Cup match because of a problem with his leg, reports Simon Bajkowski or Manchester Evening News.
Impact
Dias had gone a full 90 in the prior six contests and got another start in the FA Cup, so overuse may have been the issue. This doesn't seem serious, but on a short week, he's considered a doubt for Sunday's Manchester derby unless he can get back in training prior to the contest.

Back in team
Dias won both his tackles and made an interception and a clearance in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Southampton.
Impact
Dias also created a chance in attack and drew a pair of fouls. The defender returned to City's starting lineup after sitting out their clean-sheet win against Chelsea. Although he'll be disappointed by conceding a goal versus Southampton, Dias has a good opportunity to rebound at home against Brentford in his next match.
