Four crosses and clean sheet Henry registered one shot (zero on goal) and four crosses (zero accurate) in Thursday's 0-0 draw against Tottenham Hotspur.
Impact Henry kept his second clean sheet of the season Thursday, both of which have come in the last three matches. He won two duels, made two clearances and won one tackle on that end of the pitch. On the attack he recorded a season-high four crosses, but he failed to record an accurate cross and missed the target on his lone shot attempt.

Man City player ratings vs Brentford: Who needs Erling Haaland?! Sublime Rayan Cherki leads Cityzens into Carabao Cup semis as goal machine rests up on the bench
Finds bench role in backline Henry made six Premier League appearances this season for Brentford, five of them coming off the bench.
Impact Henry ended last season as a bench option following his long-term hamstring injury and has started this campaign in similar fashion, featuring in only one of his six Premier League appearances in the opener against Nottingham Forest. Aaron Hickey and Keane Lewis-Potter appear ahead of him in the backline hierarchy, which could make it difficult for him to see increased playing time moving forward.

Plays during offseason Henry appeared for 45 minutes off the bench in a friendly against Gil Vicente on Friday.
Impact Henry took the field for a friendly this week, seeing his first time with the team this offseason. He ended last season in more of a rotational role, fighting for time on the left flank. However, with the return of Aaron Hickey this season, his role seems to be dwindling, likely to only lose even more minutes this season, especially if injuries continue to be an issue.

Starts with B team Henry got the start for the Brentford B team during Monday's match.
Impact Henry has been unused on the bench in the past two Premier League matches and now is getting more minutes with the B team. The defender should be a consistent contributor with the senior team when fully fit, but the club is being cautious with his fitness.

Impact Henry got some minutes with the youth team and is the closest of those three players to making a return. The defender has struggled with a plethora of long-term injuries but appears to finally be in the closing stages of his recovery, though he won't be rushed back.

Impact Henry is moving along in his rehabilitation and appears to be on the verge of a return. This cones after playing with the reserve team, looking to have come out of the game with no pain. That said, a return seems to be imminent, possibly against Chelsea on Sunday.

Sees time with reserves Henry (hamstring) featured in Brentford's U21 team on Monday against Fleetwood Town.
Impact Henry is seeing some playing time as he works his way back from an injury, with the defender seeing a spot with the younger lads Monday. This is solid news, as he is at least back in action again, having missed out since Jan. 14 due to his injury. Playing Wednesday is out of the picture after he tested his legs Monday, although a return should be on the horizon.

Logs 45 minutes in friendly Henry (hamstring) played 45 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly match against Gil Vicente on Friday.
Impact Henry hasn't been fully healthy since the 2023/24 season, as he's had to deal with several injuries and even more setbacks during the recovery process, both from knee and hamstring problems, that have limited him to just seven appearances between Premier League and FA Cup in the last two campaigns. He seems to be trending in the right direction, however, as he's been playing with the U21 squad of late, and the 45 minutes he received in this friendly match will undoubtedly boost his fitness. Keane Lewis-Potter has been playing at left-back for the Bees, but Henry should recover the starting role if he proves to be healthy at some point before the end of the 2024/25 campaign.

Training in full Henry (hamstring) is in full training ahead of Saturday's clash with Aston Villa, according to manager Thomas Frank.
Impact Henry returned to full training ahead of Saturday's clash with Aston Villa. It's not clear if he's actually fit enough for a spot back on the bench after making just two appearances in his return from long-term injury. If fully fit Henry will likely be eased back into full match action.
MARCH 7, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Training alone Henry (hamstring) is training alone on the pitch, according to manager Thomas Frank. "Just been training on the pitch now, not with the team. Also a little bit further away."
Impact Henry still doesn't have a definite timeline for his return, and won't be a real contender for any sort of minutes until he's back in team training. It's not clear when that will be, but the defender training on grass is clearly a good sign and a positive step in his recovery.

Impact Henry received a not-so-positive update Friday, as despite the hamstring injury not being major, he will still miss weeks due to the injury. This comes just four matches after returning from a long-standing knee injury, only playing in two games all season. He will hope he sees no setbacks and a return is on the horizon, likely available around mid-February.

Returns to Premier League Henry played three minutes off the bench during Tuesday's two-all draw with Manchester City.
Impact Henry got the start in the FA Cup against Plymouth, and has now made his return to league action. The defender missed more than 16 months with his injury but finally seems to be fit. It's unlikely he's trusted with a major role straight away as he looks to avoid any major injury setbacks.
JANUARY 14, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Makes season debut Henry (knee) started and played 63 minutes in Saturday's 1-0 loss to Plymouth Argyle.
Impact Henry started as expected Saturday, making his season debut after a long hiatus due to a torn ACL. This was his first time seeing the field in over a year, last appearing Sept. 16, 2023, so it was no surprise to see him receive limited minutes. He is typically a regular starter when fit, only having missed one start in the 2022 season, his last fully healthy season, so he will hope to continue in this spot. However, Keane Lewis-Potter likely won't be giving up the left-back spot easily.
JANUARY 11, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Set to start Saturday Henry (knee) is set to return and start in Saturday's FA Cup match against Plymouth Argyle, according to Malik Ouzia of The Standard.
Impact Henry looks to be making his long-awaited return Saturday after over a year out due to a torn ACL, with the defender not only set to feature but also expected to start. This comes after a change of heart from manager Thomas Frank, as he was expected to feature with the B team Tuesday but will instead feature in FA Cup play. He has been a regular starter for the club at left-back since 2019, so he will look to return to that spot moving forward. However, Keane Lewis-Potter has been making a case for himself at left-back this season, earning an extension due to his performances, so a position battle for that spot could be expected.

Impact Henry is working back from a knee injury, but is still out for Saturday's match. He played in an in-house friendly during the international break and is pushing his fitness up slowly. There's still some hope Henry will be back before the November international break.

Impact Henry is closest to a return he has been since going down with a torn ACL over a year ago. The defender has been recently training while playing an 11 vs. 11 match with his teammates over the break. This gives confidence that he is closing in on a return, likely coming soon. That said, the club seems to think he could be back within the next few weeks, probably aiming for early November.

Impact Henry is getting closer to a return, but won't be available even for the first match after the international break. The defender instead seems to be targeting a return for an October 26 clash with Ipswich Town. Henry has been out for over a year due to an ACL injury.
OCTOBER 4, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Still not ready Henry (knee) is out for Saturday's match against West Ham, according to manager Thomas Frank. "Rico is a little bit further. No setbacks but he is not ready yet."
Impact Henry has been back in training with the group and is progressing well as he looks for a return. However, he will have to wait another week before seeing the field after being ruled out again. The defender is likely on the brink of a return, just waiting to pass a fitness test to get his chance at some action. That said, he could return to face Wolves on Oct. 5, although the club may choose to keep him out until after the international break to be cautious.
