Ante Budimir - Starts, takes two shots in loss Budimir recorded two shots (zero on goal) in Thursday's 2-1 loss to Portugal.
Impact Budimir took the second-most shots for Croatia, but couldn't help them avoid the frustrating loss. The forward logged his second start and third appearance in World Cup play, but was subbed off during halftime. He finished it with one goal in three shots and 156 total minutes.
JULY 2 • ROTOWIRE
Ante Budimir - Non existent Saturday Budimir recorded four accurate passes in Saturday's 2-1 victory versus Ghana.
Impact Budimir struggled to make an impact on Saturday, failing to register a shot and managing only nine touches in 66 minutes against Ghana. He earned the start after scoring off the bench versus Panama, but he was unable to build on that momentum and offered little threat for Croatia in this match. With such a quiet performance, Petar Musa is the more likely option to return to the starting lineup for Thursday's Round of 32 clash with Portugal, where Croatia will need more presence and productivity up front.
JUNE 27 • ROTOWIRE
Ante Budimir - Scores winner versus Panama Budimir scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Tuesday's 1-0 victory over Panama.
Impact After not appearing in the opening match versus England, Budimir subbed onto the pitch at halftime versus Panama. It did not take him long to make an impact as he scored in the 54th minute off an excellent Josip Stanisic cross. It was his only shot in the match but it was enough to earn Croatia its first win of the 2026 World Cup. Next up is a crucial matchup versus Ghana on Saturday, and a win is necessary for Croatia to finish second in the group. Ghana has not allowed a goal through two matches, so Budimir could see more playing time to try and break through that defense.
JUNE 24 • ROTOWIRE
Ante Budimir - Scores off bench against Panama Budimir scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) in Tuesday's 1-0 victory versus Panama.
Impact Budimir served as a backup option for the second straight game, but he finally got his first minutes in the tournament and took advantage of the opportunity to notch a game-winning finish in the 54th minute. He took Petar Musa's place at the beginning of the second half, and the goal came from his lone attempt in the game. The next clash against Ghana will present a solid chance for the Osasuna striker to remain productive as he challenges Musa for the No. 9 spot.

Raul Garcia - Signs contract extension until 2031 Garcia has signed a contract extension with Osasuna until June 2031, a five-season commitment that adds three years to his previous deal, the club announced.
Impact Garcia ends his third season at Osasuna having scored 14 goals across all competitions, seven in La Liga and seven in the Copa del Rey, with the latter total making him the top scorer in the cup competition this edition. Garcia has now scored 27 goals in three seasons for the club, a tally that places him alongside some of the most important strikers in Osasuna's recent history such as Webo and Nino, all while competing for minutes with Ante Budimir, the club's all-time top scorer in the top flight.

The season that has just concluded was the first in which Barja served as first captain, with the club praising both his on-field contribution and his leadership in the dressing room as key factors in securing an eighth consecutive La Liga campaign.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Ante Budimir - Shoud have decent role with Croatia Budimir is expected to see consistent minutes with Croatia at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Impact Budimir is coming off another prolific season with Osasuna in the 2025/26 LaLiga, tallying 17 goals across 37 appearances (35 starts) and averaging 2.78 shots per contest. Croatia has a lot of versatility in the attack, so they could go with a traditional No. 9 in Budimir or a more creative option in Andrej Kramaric to lead the line. However, Budimir should get a fair amount of minutes one way or another.
MAY 29 • ROTOWIRE
Javi Galan - Whips in eight crosses Galan recorded one shot (zero on goal), eight crosses (two accurate) and two chances created in Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Getafe.
Impact Galan was back in a starting role Saturday after he was a bench option in the last contest, playing his typical role at left-back. He recorded a solid eight crosses from the flank, falling one short of his season-high for crosses in a game. The defender ends his campaign with a single assist to his name while also being involved in two clean sheets.
MAY 25 • ROTOWIRE
Raul Garcia - Records three shots Garcia generated three shots (two on goal) and one chance created in Saturday's 1-0 loss to Getafe.
Impact Garcia earned the start Saturday and had a decent outing with his three shots, coming in his first start since November. However, the forward would not score a goal, ending the campaign with seven despite mainly appearing from the bench. He then recorded eight goal contributions in his 36 appearances (six starts), a solid boost off the bench this campaign for Osasuna.
MAY 25 • ROTOWIRE
Lucas Torro - Four shots, no goal Torro had four shots (two on goal) in Saturday's 1-0 defeat against Getafe.
Impact Torro earned numerous shots Saturday but was unable to find the back of the net, with two of his four shots on net, but not finding the back of the net. This, unfortunately, means the midfielder ends the season without a goal, all 29 shots being wasted. He did earn one assist this season, playing in 34 games (31 starts).
MAY 25 • ROTOWIRE
Sergio Herrera - Concedes one against Getafe Herrera had two saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-0 loss versus Getafe.
Impact Herrera would make a solid two saves Saturday but was unable to hold a clean sheet in the finale, allowing a goal in the 59th minute. This means the keeper ends the season in a rough patch, as he has not earned a clean sheet in eight games. He ends the campaign with seven clean sheets, 47 goals allowed and 113 saves in 37 appearances while also avoiding relegation.
MAY 25 • ROTOWIRE
Ruben Garcia - Suffers ankle injury Garcia suffered an ankle injury but has avoided bone damage, according to his club.
Impact Garcia went down in the season finale and now looks to be set for some recovery this offseason, suffering from an ankle injury. The good news is that no bone damage has been detected, as it appears to be only a sprain or ligament injury. He will then look to recover ahead of the next campaign, ending the 2025/26 season with two goals and five assists in 35 appearances (28 starts).
MAY 24 • ROTOWIRE
Iker Munoz - Returns from ban Munoz is no longer suspended and is an option again.
Impact Munoz is an option again after ending the campaign with a suspension, fit for play moving into the 2026/27 season. The midfielder served in more of a rotational role this campaign, not earning a single goal contribution in 19 appearances (eight starts) this campaign.

Raul Moro - Available for season finale Moro (hamstring) has been cleared and is available for Saturday's season finale against Getafe, the club posted.
Impact Moro had been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a biceps femoris muscle injury, but his recovery has been faster than initially anticipated and he has made it back in time for the final fixture. His return is a timely boost for Osasuna heading into the weekend, giving coach Alessio Lisci another attacking option to call upon in the absence of the injured Victor Munoz (quadriceps).
MAY 23 • ROTOWIRE
Raul Moro - Could be available Saturday Moro (hamstring) could be an option for Saturday's game against Getafe, according to manager Alessio Lisci. "Raul is fine, in theory. He'll train Friday, and if things go well, he...
Impact Even though Moro was expected to miss the rest of the season, he has recovered quicker than expected and is already back in training. A final call will be made following Friday's training session, but all signs point to the winger being available for the season finale. His potential return would give the team a huge boost on offense due to the absence of Victor Munoz (quadriceps).

MAY 21 • Associated Press
Sergio Herrera - Allows two goals in loss Herrera recorded one save and allowed two goals in Sunday's 2-1 defeat versus Espanyol.
Impact Herrera returned from suspension but could do nothing to prevent another defeat, conceding twice for the third consecutive game. He has now gone seven straight games without keeping a clean sheet and has been rarely tested in that period, surpassing two saves only once across those outings while conceding 11 goals. Saturday's season finale against Getafe now stands as the defining moment of his campaign with his side's survival hanging in the balance.
MAY 19 • ROTOWIRE
Iker Munoz - Suspended in season finale Munoz will serve a one-match ban due to an accumulation of five yellow cards in La Liga and will therefore miss Sunday's season finale against Getafe.
Impact Munoz picked up his fifth yellow card in La Liga play and will serve a one-match suspension for Sunday's season finale against Getafe. The midfielder has been mainly a rotational option for Osasuna this season, therefore his absence will not impact much the starting XI. Munoz ends the season with 12 tackles, 11 interceptions and 23 clearances across 19 La Liga appearances (eight starts).
