Impact Vlasic was subbed in to help the final push, which didn't amount to much, and he didn't put up numbers in the main stats. He'll likely be back in the XI against Venezia if he doesn't have setbacks, likely replacing a defender, as the coach went with a more cautious formation in this one.

APRIL 23 • ROTOWIRE
Late call for Udinese game Vlasic (calf) "has an edema in his muscle, and we'll try to recover him until the last moment," coach Paolo Vanoli announced.
Impact Vlasic is nursing a calf contusion following a blow in training, avoiding more serious issues, but he risks sitting out the second consecutive game as he has trained on the side this week, although the coach left the door open for a possible return since there are a couple more practices before the game.
APRIL 19 • ROTOWIRE
Late scratch for Como contest Vlasic won't be involved in Sunday's game versus Como due to late muscular discomfort, La Gazzetta dello Sport relayed.
Impact Vlasic was inserted in the initial squad list but will watch the game from the stands because he didn't feel totally right and will be assessed ahead of next Monday's home game versus Udinese. Antonio Sanabria is taking his place in a more offensive-minded formation.

Impact Vlasic played the final portion of the game after missing the first five rounds and, while he didn't look too explosive nor he had many touches, he picked up a point thanks to a slick pass to Che Adams in the box. He should supplant Adrien Tameze and Karol Linetty in the midfield if he rounds into shape quickly, as the coach fielded a more attacking scheme in the second half.

He posted three goals, two assists, 46 shots (11 on target) and 35 key passes in 33 appearances last season.

He'll be out for the final three games and most likely for the Euro as well. Karol Linetty, Adrien Tameze and David Okerereke could enjoy an uptick in playing times as a result in his absence, while Samuele Ricci or Ivan Ilic could move to more offensive roles since Torino don't have other pure no.10s.
