Downgrades to depth option Stefanelli ends the season with 17 goals in 25 matches with Inter Miami.

Impact Stefanelli had opened up the season a starter, but was immediately sent to the bench with the addition of Sergio Busquets in the midfield. He only has two goals during his first season in Miami, recording 26 shots (eight on target) and 26 crosses (eight on target). Stefanelli will likely remain a depth option for the 2024 season while also being Busquets' backup.

Transfers to Miami Stefanelli has signed a two-year contract with the option to extend for an additional season with Inter Miami after transferring from Swedish side AIK, the club announced Thursday.

Impact Stefanelli has tallied 40 goals and 14 assists across 114 appearances for AIK since joining the club 2017, though he's been sent out on-loan a few times in that span as well. The 28-year-old forward is now moving to MLS, where he will likely compete with Corentin Jean to be Miami's backup center forward behind Leonardo Campana, taking the recently retired Gonzalo Higuain's place in the depth chart.
