Impact Dominguez has been limited to a reserve role in midfield, with Xaver Schlager, James McAtee and Ibrahim Sangare all ahead of him in the pecking order. His Carabao Cup start has provided virtually all of his playing time, while his Premier League involvement has been restricted to a brief substitute appearance. Dominguez should remain an option for rotation and cup competition, but significant league minutes could be difficult to come by while the preferred midfield options remain available.
