GAME LOG

Creates three chances Rashica created three chances during Sunday's 5-0 loss to Tottenham.
Impact Rashica closes his Premier League campaign with three chances created, bringing him to 36 on the season. The wide midfielder was let down by poor finishing in front of him throughout the season. In the end his one goals and two assists are a poor return, but not indicative of his individual level. Rashica's future is uncertain with Norwich heading for relegation to the Championship.
MAY 22, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Takes three shots in win Rashica had three shots on goal, created two chances, sent in four inaccurate crosses and drew two fouls during Sunday's 2-0 win over Burnley.
Impact Rashica was a constant threat from the left flank, always trying to do something different and using his combination of speed and skill to dribble past his opponents and lead Norwich's offensive transition. Despite his strong play, the winger is still struggling to appear on the scoresheet in his first EPL campaign, with just one goal and two assists over 25 matches (19 starts). Up next for Rashica is Saturday's visit to Manchester United.
APRIL 11, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Takes three shots in loss Rashica took three shots in Sunday's 2-1 defeat against Leeds United.
Impact Rashica was active in attack on Sunday, but none of his shots against Leeds were on target. He will want to be more clinical next weekend against Brighton, which have conceded 34 goals in 28 matches this season.
MARCH 14, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Scores against Liverpool Rashica scored a goal, took two shots (one on goal) and drew three fouls during Saturday's 3-1 loss to Liverpool.
Impact Rashica gave Norwich a shock lead with a deflected shot in the 48th minute. It was short lived as Liverpool came back with three goals from their front three. This was his first goal of the season and he'll look to add to that tally during Friday's trip to Southampton.

Sends in seven crosses in draw Rashica had one off-target shot, created two chances and sent in seven crosses during Wednesday's 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace.
Impact Rashica was one of the best men on the pitch here. The winger initiated the play that resulted in Teemu Pukki's opening goal with an amazing run from the left flank and then was responsible for most of his side's dangerous actions throughout the match. He's still to score this season, but has been making up for that with a ton of playmaking, which will make him a much needed piece during next Saturday's clash against league leaders Man City.

JANUARY 21, 2022 • Associated Press
Second assist of season Rashica had an assist while taking two shots (zero on goal), crossing four times (two accurate) and creating two chances during Friday's 3-0 win over Watford.
Impact Rashica set up Josh Sargent in the 74th minute, assisting Norwich's second goal. The assist was the second of the season for the wide man while his four crosses and two chances created were both team-high totals in the win.
JANUARY 21, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Logs 15 crosses in win Rashica created three chances from 15 crosses (four accurate) during Saturday's 2-1 win over Everton.
Impact Rashica logged a double-digit crossing performance for the second time this season and the first since the end of August. With wins and positive results hard to come by, Rashica has still been reasonably active with 85 total crosses in 15 appearances. Should things get even better in the next match at Watford, Rashica could have a major role to play in that outcome.
JANUARY 17, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Takes shot in loss Rashica took a shot on target and created two chances in Wednesday's 2-0 defeat against West Ham United. He also won one of one tackles in the match.
Impact Rashica made his first Premier League appearance since November on Wednesday, and he was one of his side's brightest players against West Ham. He will hope to have a similar performance Saturday against Everton, which are 15th in the Premier League.
JANUARY 13, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Scores in FA Cup win Rashica (groin) was a halftime substitute for Sunday's FA Cup tie against Charlton, and he scored the game-winning goal.
Impact Rashica made his first appearance since November on Sunday after recovering from a groin injury and his goal sent Norwich to the Fourth Round of the FA Cup. He may be fit enough to start in Wednesday's Premier League clash against West Ham.
JANUARY 9, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Back in training Rashica (groin) will return to training Friday, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact If all goes well, Rashica will be available for next week's trip to West Ham, as it appears unlikely he'll play in the Cup match. He's been out since late November and his return would be a welcome boost to the attack that has continued to struggle without him.
JANUARY 7, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Out next two matches Rashica (groin) will remain out over the next two matches, according to manager Dean Smith.
Impact This isn't overly surprising for Rashica, as there have been no updates on him returning to training. He'll hope to return for the first January match with a better bet being a full return by Jan. 15, as long as his recovery goes well. More absences likely means more playing time for Przemyslaw Placheta, among others.
DECEMBER 24, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Out 3-4 weeks Rashica will miss three-to-four weeks due to a groin injury.
Impact It's a tough injury for Rashica, who was racking up starts on the wing and getting comfortable under the new manager. Now, he'll hopefully return before Christmas and until then, guys like Christos Tzolis and Pierre Lees-Melou could see more time, depending on how Dean Smith wants to play.
DECEMBER 3, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Out against Newcastle Rashica is not in the squad for Tuesday's match against Newcastle because of a groin injury.
Impact This injury popped up out of nowhere for Rashica unless Dean Smith failed to mention it on purpose in his press conference. Christos Tzolis enters the XI in his spot, but Billy Gilmour may benefit the most with more set pieces headed his way.
NOVEMBER 30, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Takes three shots in win Rashica took three shots on target and created a chance in Saturday's 2-1 victory against Brentford. He also made four clearances in the match.
Impact Rashica was dangerous in attack once again on Saturday as his side finally won its first game in the Premier League this campaign. He is still looking for his first score this season, and after the international break he will face Southampton, which have conceded 12 goals in 11 matches.
NOVEMBER 7, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Dealing with knee problems Rashica returned from the international break with "knee problems" ahead of Saturday's match against Brighton, according to manager Daniel Farke.
Impact Rashica was dealing with a knock before the break, so it's a wonder if his knee issues are related. Either way, Norwich have opted for a five-man back line in recent contests and that's left Rashica on the bench, so if that continues it's not expected he'll start against Brighton.
OCTOBER 15, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
On bench against Everton Rashica (knock) is on the bench for Saturday's match against Everton.
Impact Rashica is healthy enough to make the bench and it's expected he'll make an appearance at some point Saturday. Norwich are using more of a defensive look against Everton, so there are a number of options for Rashica to replace.
SEPTEMBER 25, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Late test for Saturday Rashica is considered a "question" for Saturday's trip to Everton, according to manager Daniel Farke. "He did not train the last couple of days, but was back in training today so w...
Impact Rashica played 21 minutes off the bench midweek and it looks like he picked up an issue in the process. It doesn't sound serious, but it could harm his chances of starting against Everton, meaning another start for Christos Tzolis could be in the cards.
SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Attempts 13 crosses, seven corners Rashica recorded 13 corners (two accurate) and seven corners during a 2-1 loss Saturday versus Leicester City.
Impact Despite not recording any assists, Rashica was serviceable during August. He averaged seven crosses and 2.7 corners across three games. Considering those were against the Premier League's top-five teams, fantasy owners should not be discouraged yet.
AUGUST 28, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Leads Norwich in crosses Rashica took one shot (off target), put in seven crosses (two accurate) and drew one foul during Sunday's 3-0 loss to Liverpool.
Impact Rashica was the most productive attacking player for Norwich as he shared set-pieces with Billy Gilmour. He's expected to keep his place in the starting XI for next Saturday's trip to Manchester City, where it will be tough to produce a huge performance given the matchup.
AUGUST 15, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Starting against Liverpool Rashica (COVID-19) is in the starting XI for Saturday's match against Liverpool.
Impact Rashica probably isn't ready to go a full 90 after recovering from COVID-19, and even then, it's not a great matchup against Liverpool on Saturday. It's unknown what his role will be look for Norwich, but he's on the right wing with a portion of set pieces possible.

US forward Josh Sargent completes move to Norwich

US forward Josh Sargent has completed his move to English Premier League club Norwich by signing a four-year contract
AUGUST 9, 2021 • Associated Press
Late test for opener Rashica is considered a late test for Saturday's opener against Liverpool after testing positive for COVID-19.
Impact Rashica has missed the last two friendlies and is set to train with the team this week, but given his lack of training time at his new club, there's a decent chance he won't be ready to start against Liverpool. He's one of numerous Norwich players who have been in protocol and is set to return to training soon.
