Could remain with Colorado The Rapids declined the option for the 2025 MLS season in Edwards' (back) contract, but both parties remain in negotiations over a new deal.

Impact Edwards spent most of the 2024 MLS season either sidelined or as a bench option, as he was limited to just two starts and four appearances throughout the campaign. Even if he stays with Colorado for the 2025 campaign and beyond, he's not expected to be anything more than a depth option at the back for the Rapids.
